FLOR

Florencia, a native of Argentina, discovered her passion for yoga in 2017 and quickly fell in love with its ability to heal the body, mind, spirit, and soul. During some of the hardest times in her life, yoga provided the strength and resilience she needed, and she has since dedicated herself to helping others discover its transformative power.

In 2016, Florencia became a Certified Yoga Alliance Registered Teacher in Miami and later deepened her practice with a 500-hour Yoga Teacher Training in Bali, Indonesia.

Today, she continues to expand her knowledge and teaches a diverse range of styles; from Slow and Stretchy to Classical Vinyasa, Power Yoga, Rocket Yoga, Yoga with a Wheel, and Yoga Sculpt.

Florencia is committed to creating an uplifting and safe space where students are encouraged to explore and challenge themselves. In her classes, there are no limits or right or wrong ways to practice, just the opportunity to show up for yourself and experience the journey of yoga.

After completing her 200 hr Yoga Alliance training in 2015, she began teaching and, in 2024, earned her 500 hr Registered Yoga Teacher certification through World Peace Yoga School in India.

Brittany primarily leads Vinyasa classes for both adults and kids, blending her exercise science background with yoga to improve strength and alignment.

TAZZ C

Tazz is a 41-year-old California native whose life journey has been anything but ordinary. A ninja, parkour athlete, breakdancer, chef, and proud nudist, Tazz brings a uniquely embodied perspective to everything he does. Yoga found him in 2009 through his work as a personal trainer, and it quickly became the foundation for a deeper path of movement, presence, and transformation.

Rooted in Hatha Vinyasa, Tazz’s teaching style emphasizes alignment, foundational strength, functional movement, and breath-powered flow. His classes often blend primal transitions and grounded technique, creating an experience that feels both ancient and alive.

“I like to teach the foundations of everything,” Tazz says, “so that we can experience anything.”

His philosophies speak to a life lived fully:

•Be a yes, because you are.

•Drop what you must, you don’t need it to get where you’re going.

•You’re ready now. Now is all we have. There is no tomorrow, no later. It’s right now, together, for each other. From us to all. From me to you.
