Services & Booking Policies
We offer in-person and online yoga classes, workshops, and private sessions.
Class bookings must be made in advance via our website, Mindbody or classpass platform.
Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours before class to avoid a $20.00 late cancellation fee and the loss of a class from your package or membership.
We do not offer refunds on any classes, workshops, memberships, retreats, apparel, or merchandise.
Liability Waiver
Yoga is a physical activity that carries inherent risks. By participating, you acknowledge and accept full responsibility for your health and well-being.
We recommend consulting a medical professional before practicing yoga, especially if you have any pre-existing conditions.
Ekafusion Yoga and its instructors are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage incurred during classes or events.
Payments & Refunds
Payments must be made in full at the time of booking. We accept credit card and apple pay.
Refunds for class cancellations are subject to our cancellation policy.
Memberships and class packages are non-transferable and may have expiration dates.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including logos, images, class materials, and videos, is the property of Ekafusion Yoga.
You may not copy, distribute, or use our content for commercial purposes without written permission.
User Conduct
We expect respectful behavior towards instructors, staff, and fellow participants.
Any form of harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior may result in removal from our services without a refund.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
